Common questions

Is there really no cost?

Correct. Every item in the shop is free for students. You will never be asked for payment or shipping information.

How do I know when my items are ready?

Every request gets a request number. Use the Check Status page with your request number and the student's last name at any time.

What if my size is out of stock?

Out-of-stock sizes can't be selected. Our team can also offer a substitute size when they pack the order — add a note with your request.

Who can see my request?

Only Community First staff and your school's coordinator. Requests are never public and student information is never shown on this site.
